We maintain all common shares – corridors, staircase landings, lifts, green alleys and plantation (flowers and shrubs), swimming pool, beach with sunshades and chaise lounges  and tables , common lighting of the complex,clean common areas, parking lot of the complex.

If you opt, we may take care of your property when the high season ends or assist you in  making routine repairs during the season. We can pay the utility fees and local taxes for you and assist in any other administrative service related to your property.

The annual maintenance and management fee is 8 euro (VAT excl.) per square meter.

If you want, we can let your apartment for rent. We will take care of everything, from the moment of finding the clients, welcoming them and accommodating them to the daily maintenance of the property to be always clean and tidy and crediting the rental fees into your account.

You just need to decide on the exact period you want to let the property for rent.
