PRICING

* The price is per night per unit and includes tourist tax, insurance, and VAT. Free use of the swimming pool, sun lounger and umbrella by the pool, wireless internet, and parking is included.
* A child up to 6 years old uses an extra bed free of charge.
* For children from 6 to 10 years old, accommodated on an extra bed in a double room, a fee of BGN 15 per night applies.
* Check-in – after 2:00 PM or earlier if possible.
* Check-out – rooms and apartments must be vacated by 11:30 AM. In case of late check-out, a fee of BGN 100 will be charged.
* Please leave the key at the office.
* Pets are not allowed.

Booking terms
* Upon reservation confirmation, an advance payment of 30% of the total amount is required.
* The remaining balance of the reservation is paid either by bank transfer or on site upon check-in.

Reservation cancellation – deadlines and penalties
* In case of cancellation up to fourteen days before the check-in date – no penalty is due. The advance payment will be refunded.
* In case of cancellation between the fourteenth day and the check-in date – the advance payment is retained as a penalty.
* In case of no-show, the advance payment is retained as a penalty.
* In case of early departure, paid amounts are non-refundable and the remaining nights of the reservation are canceled.
